ADS 80 FR 30
The door and wall construction for multi-purpose applications. The series has been tested in accordance with European standards (EN 1364/1634) and German standards (DIN 4102) and meets the requirements of fire protection classes EI30 (T/F30) and EW30 (G30)
The series is based on stable 5-chambe hollow profiles with a basic depth of 80 mm with which clear openings of up to 1,400 mm x 2,988 mm can be constructed. Optional fittings components can be added to create multi-purpose doors to meet the widest range of requirements for building safety, security and automation. In addition to fire and smoke protection properties, this series also has other potention application options. For example, burglar resistance up to WK3 (RC 3), a combination of burlar-resistant WK2 (RC 2) and panic door, to sound reduction (42 dB) and building regulation approved fixed glazing suitable for safety barrier loading. The use of centre glazing and angled glazing beads offers the user numerous design options. In addition, concealed top door closers/pre-selectors or door hinges can also be used. Fixed glazing may feature as storey-height glazing and can be constructed with vertical silicone joints. The use of a so-called opposed opening door provides a further option. Whether it is in a newbuild or a renovation project, this type of opening provides trouble-free everyday use.
ADS 80 FR 60
The door and wall construction for multi-purpose applications. The series has been tested in accordance with European standards (EN 1364 / 1634) and also German standards (DIN 4102) and fulfils the requirements of fire protection classes EI60 (T/F60)
The series is based on stable 5-chamber hollow profiles with a basic depth of 80 mm with which clear openings of up to 1,400 mm x 2,488 mm can be constructed. This highly fire-retardant construction achieves its resistance time by the insertion of fireboards and the use of fire-resistance glass such as SchücoFlam 60 or Pyrostop 60. The approval for T60 doors has already been issued for the German market (F60 glazing requires individual approval). Optional fittings components can be added to create multi-purpose doors to meet the most varied of requirements for building safety, security and automation. This series has fire and smoke protection properties, as well as other potential application options such as burglar resistance to WK2 (RC 2) or sound reduction (up to 42 dB). Use of concealed top door closers or pre-selectors is also possible. Fixed glazing can have glass dimensions up to 1,400 mm x 2,500 mm.
ADS 65.NI FR 30
The new, non-insulated aluminium fire protection system Schüco ADS 65.NI FR 30 offers variable solutions for door and wall constructions. The system, specifically designed for internal use, permits generously sized single and double-leaf door constructions, including multipurpose doors.
Schüco ADS 65.NI FR 30, including the system fittings, has been fully tested and complies with fire resistance classes E30 / EW30 in accordance with EN 1364 / 1634 and for the G30 wall unit in accordance with DIN 4102.
In Germany, this system is not permitted.
AWS 70 FR 30
The new fire-resistant side-hung window systems with basic depths of 60 or 70 mm combine a high level of functionality with an impressive design. The windows in fire resistance classes F30 / G30 in accordance with DIN 4102 and classes EI30/ EW30 in accordance with DIN EN 1364 / 1634 with mechanical self-locking in the event of fire have complete approval for all the required tests. In terms of thermal insulation, weathertightness and noise reduction, they offer all the benefits of the Schüco Window AWS system. The possibility of punched openings or integrating the window unit into the Schüco FW 50+BF / FW 60+BF fire façades opens up interesting architectural design options.
FW 50+ BF
The FW 50+ BF and FW 60+ BF multi-purpose fire-resistant façades are compatible with all vertical façades and skylights for resistance classes F30 and G30. Identical internal and external face widths allow these façades to be combined seamlessly with the standard Schüco FW 50+ and FW 60+ façade systems.
Combination options Façade – Doors/Windows
Installation of fire-resistant windows/ fire doors
The installation of fire-resistant windows and fire doors from he Schüco Aluminium Window System 70 FR 30 or Schüco Firestop II systems in the F30 fire-resistant provides additional options for use.
Curtain walling up to storey heights of 5000mm
Storey heights up to 5000 mm can be bridged easily using the Schüco FW 50+ BF and FW 60+ BF fire-resistant façades. T30-1 / T30-2 doors can be designed in F30 up to 4500mm in conjunction with Firestop II. The Schüco system compatibility also allows “invisible” intersections between fire-resistant and standard façades.
Narrow sight lines on faceted constructions
The aluminium fire-resistant façades allow corner angles from 0° to 15° with only one mullion. Corners from 90° to 180° require two mullions. Generous dimensions are permitted: up to 1400 x 2600mm with F30 glazing in portrait or landscape orientation, and up to 1200 x 2300 mm with G30 glazing.
Gable roof or mono-pitch roof
With a gable roof or mono-pitch roof design, sophisticated skylight constructions can also be created using the FW 50+ BF und FW 60+ BF fire-resistant systems.
Possible glass dimensions: up to 1050 x 2000 mm in portrait or 1200 x 1050 mm in landscape orientation.
